We had a lovely stay at a cozy B&B near Lake Como. The owners, Grazia and Marco, were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our week-long visit. The room was comfortable and clean, with a spacious bathroom and a balcony overlooking the charming old town and mountains. The location was perfect, close to shops, the train station, and the beach, yet still peaceful and welcoming. Dervio itself was a great base for exploring the beautiful villages around Como, with ferry boat connections and plenty of water sports and leisure activities. The breakfast was rich and tasty, and Marco even arranged for gluten-free options for me. we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this B&B for a longer stay at Lake Como.

Nothing that I didn't like.

It's also just a short walk from the lake, offering great opportunities for activities. the provided map and guest umbrellas are a nice touch. the rooms are clean and well-equipped, and there is a kitchen available for guest use. the breakfast, although simple, is still good.
The parking situation can be a bit inconvenient, requiring a walk from a distant location.

We had a wonderful stay at La Casa Sul Sasso Bed & Breakfast in the ancient center of Dervio. Marco and Grazia were incredibly friendly and helpful hosts. the guest rooms, which were renovated to maintain the 1,000 year old foundation, were clean, comfortable, and filled with unique details. We particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast with freshly baked bread from the nearby bakery. the location of the B&B was perfect, close to the train station and within walking distance of many attractions.
We would definitely stay here again. Cons: Nothing that I didn't like.

Great location and friendly staff. The rooms were nicely decorated and clean. The breakfast was okay, with a good variety of food and drinks on offer.
The noise level was unbearable during the entire stay. There was a constant sound of waste water running through the pipes that prevented us from sleeping. Additionally, we were not informed beforehand about the extra cost for the air conditioning, which was frustrating. The staff was not always attentive and the reception was not always open. our Xmas vacation was not as relaxing as we had hoped due to the noise and lack of response from the staff.
